All APEX shipments originate at our Phoenix warehouse, ZIP code 85040.
We offer customer pickup at our warehouse at 3910 E Roeser Rd, Phoenix AZ 85040. Please order in advance and call to confirm when your order will be ready.
All products ship under our FLAT RATE SHIPPING program - anywhere in the continental USA. For Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and other locations, rates are calculated on a per-order basis.
We ship UPS Ground or USPS, and most orders arrive in 2-5 days from the date of shipping.

Our rates are as follows (For Standard Service):
$5 for small packages
$10 for medium packages
$20 for large packages
$40 for both large and heavy packages (50#)
$45 for certain oversize packages

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it. 30 days is from the date of purchase to the post marked return date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
You will also need to provide receipt or proof of purchase on the RMA form.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Defective or Damaged
If your item arrived defective or damaged and you need to exchange for a non-damaged item, please complete our
WARRANTY CLAIM FORM and we will get a part re-sent to you within 48 hours. We will likely contact you by phone to ensure we get it right.
Exchange
If you ordered the wrong part and want to return what you purchased and order the correct part, please fill out the RMA FORM here, print and return with part. Re-order the correct part. You can also contact your retailer if you prefer, but it will usually be faster to deal directly with APEX. We will likely contact you by phone to ensure we get it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method (From Apex or your original Retailer). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Apex Honor System Warranty– If you absolutely beat the crap out of things to the point that it should not have reasonably survived and our product outlived anything you had previously run, then give us a high five and order another one!!
If you feel we underperformed and your part should be warrantied, please make your warranty claim here and we will happily send you the replacement part.
Let’s make this easy: You may not need to send your parts back to us if you have provided adequate photo or video evidence in the warranty claim form.

The Not So Fine Print:
Your Apex Product must be purchased directly or through one of our authorized dealers in order for the Apex Warranty to apply.
You must register your product, with proof of purchase, within 90 days of purchasing here: Warranty Registration Form.
Products not registered will not be covered past 90 days from the date of purchase.
APEX will, at its sole discretion, refund the original purchase price or replace free of charge any APEX steering or suspension component for manufacturer defects, premature wear, or breakage for the life of the vehicle, as long as the original purchaser of the component owns the vehicle.
This warranty is limited only to the replacement of defective parts and ground shipping, it does not include labor for removal or replacement of the parts or any other direct or indirect expense.
This warranty is void if the components are, at Apex’s sole discretion, improperly installed, modified, or used in an application for which the component was not designed.
Warranty does not cover cosmetic imperfections, boots, bushings, or Heim style joints. These are regular wear items.
This warranty statement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
No other warranty, either expressed or implied, shall apply.
