A direct replacement extreme duty Tie Rod and Drag Link assembly to replace your underperforming OE steering. Oversized tie rod and drag link ends, connected by massive DOM, Polished Aluminum or Black Aluminum adjusting sleeves, eliminates death wobble and tightens up steering under the most extreme conditions. Weak adjusting sleeves are replaced via tie rod and drag link ends threading directly into the connecting rods, secured by jam nuts and our proprietary ninja lock-washers and our NEW ProLock™ washers.
For 2009-2013 trucks - select KIT380.
For 2003-2008 trucks, upgrade the 3rd Gen (Y Link) with these options:
1) Select KIT380 if you ALREADY have the pitman arm upgrade from 2009-2013 trucks.
2) Select KIT380P to INCLUDE the upgraded Mopar pitman arm from 2009-2013 trucks.
This upgrades the Y Link to a T Link system for dramatic steering improvement and improved tire life.
This will change the way your vehicle drives forever!
NOTES:
1) Your OE Steering Stabilizer Clamp will not fit this Tie Rod. Requires Steering Stabilizer Clamp DC1.75-B(black universal clamp) or DC1.75-Z(zinc universal clamp) for mount in center tie rod, or other suitable 1.75" ID clamp for our steel equipment. If you choose the aluminum kits you'll need a DC2.0-Z (zinc universal clamp), DC2.0-B (black universal clamp) or a 2" ID clamp.
2) PSC gearbox replacement - fully compatible with this steering kit.
3) Dodge note regarding dual stabilizers kits: Due to our oversized tie rod ends, modifications may need to be made to dual stabilizer kit, tie rod end brackets to fit.
4) 2013 Dodge Ram 3500's were a split year for production. The early model trucks use the T-style steering (drag link is attached to the Tie Rod). The late model trucks use cross over steering (Drag link is attached to the knuckle and does not attach to the Tie Rod). Please check what style you have before ordering.
5) Not compatible with Rough Country Dual Steering Stabilizer
